The first and smallest piece in the series The Shedding, this work features entwined snakes, hand-stitched expressions of moving energy, and the inclusion of damiana. A known nervine herb, damiana soothes and restores the nervous system, easing tension, stress, and mild anxiety. Associated with sensuality, creativity, and the sacral chakra, it supports the release of old emotional layers and encourages balance, vitality, and renewal. The snakes and damiana are accompanied by two swords that pierce their energy and release their nectar towards the center of the cloth, where stitched, moving lines of energy merge.
