Welcome to Black Haus Art, operated by Annie Rosenberg. By accessing this website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Sales, Shipping & Returns
Final Sale: All sales of original artwork and physical prints are final. Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any international customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Liability: While we take the utmost care in packaging your art securely, Black Haus Art is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the item has left our studio.
2. Intellectual Property & Digital Media
All artwork, guided meditations, and audio frequencies are the sole intellectual property of Annie Rosenberg and Black Haus Art.
Personal Use Only: Purchase of downloadable media (meditations and frequencies) grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, private use only.
Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, reselling, or broadcasting these files in any public, commercial, or group setting.
Permissions: If you wish to use these materials for purposes beyond personal use, you must obtain prior written approval by contacting blackhausart@gmail.com.
3. Payments
Payments are handled through secure third-party processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by their respective terms of service. Black Haus Art does not store your sensitive financial data.
4. Professional Disclaimer (Healing & Wellness)
Annie Rosenberg is not a licensed medical professional, physician, or mental health counselor. The energy work, meditations, frequencies, and nutritional suggestions offered are spiritual and educational in nature.
Complementary Care: These offerings are a gentle complement to, and not a substitute for, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in sessions or using these audio tools, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and assume all responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or nutritional changes.
5. One-on-One Sessions & Consultations
A Note on Our Time Together: Our sessions are a dedicated energetic exchange, and that time is reserved exclusively for your healing journey. If life happens and you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer that space to someone else. Because it is difficult to fill these spots on short notice, sessions missed without 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" will be charged the full session fee. In these instances, an invoice will be sent to your email for payment within 30 days. We truly appreciate your understanding and your commitment to this work.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington.
