OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
Six goat teeth from Crete Greece. Ethically found in canyons, pastures and cleaned without chemical process. The gentleman I purchased them from states “Often older animals or those that suffer from injury, illness, or even due to predators, lose the flock and wander alone – then naturally comes death. A few seasons of exposure to harsh conditions (sun, snow, wind, dust and rain) does all the work cleaning the carcass and leaves the bigger bones (skull, horns, pelvis etc.) naturally whitened by mother nature.” Approximately 7″ x 5″ x 3/4″ Thick Pine Panel Plaque Hand stained in American walnut and varnished in semi gloss

Mixed, imperfect, rodent skulls from rodents who have passed away as feeders for other animals. The woman who I purchased them from stated “Quite a few of my friends and I raise rodents for pets. Since I have reptiles and I could not find a humane and reputable source of feeders for my reptiles where the rodents are treated with respect, I chose to raise them myself. They know what sunshine, fresh fruits and veggies, soft and warm hay and love is from the day they are born to the day they are put down. To some folks it does not matter, but to me, I like knowing the lives being sacrificed to feed my other pets, should have a good life too!” They have been left out for mother nature to clean and then fed to beetles.
